About Us

Care Counseling, LLC

At Care Counseling, we're here to help you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want to live. We believe everyone deserves support - and a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Because honestly, it's okay to not be okay.

We opened our doors in August of 2020 and now serve our community with two locations in Enterprise and Ozark, Alabama. We work with clients of all ages -  including individuals, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Life can be overwhelming, and you don't have to figure it out alone. Our team helps with a wide range of concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family struggles, ADD/ADHD, school challenges, and other emotional or behavioral issues.

Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds and are passionate about what they do. We use a mix or evidence-based techniques including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma informed care, Life Integration (LI) - always tailored to fit you and your needs.

There's no "one-size-fits-all" in therapy. We take the time to understand your story, use helpful assessments when needed, and work with you to create a plan that actually makes sense for your life. Together, we'll build tools to help you manage stress, navigate challenges, and feel more like yourself again.

At Care Counseling, you're not alone - we're in this with you.

We Resolve Issues

Anxiety

Anxiety is a mental health condition, which means it’s a condition that can affect the way you think, feel and behave. Anxiety can affect how you feel physically in your body as well as how you feel in your mind.

Depression

Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which stops you from doing your normal activities. Different types of depression exist, with symptoms ranging from relatively minor to severe.

ADHD

ADD is the term commonly used to describe symptoms of inattention, distractibility, and poor working memory.

Family Relationships

Family therapy or family counseling is a form of treatment that is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. It can be used to help a family through a difficult period, a major transition, or mental or behavioral health problems in family members

Relationship Difficulties in Marriage

Marriage counseling typically brings couples or partners together for joint therapy sessions. We help couples pinpoint and understand the sources of their conflicts and try to resolve them. You and your partner will analyze both the good and bad parts of your relationship.

Stress Management

We focus on examining the deeper issues in their lives that could be contributing to their stress, such as toxic relationships, internal pressure from negative self-talk, or unresolved conflicts.

School Challenges

Whether you need help standing up for yourself if you're being bullied, managing stress, talking to your parents, and dealing with anger and other difficult moods, we focus on all the issues to help you better manage your school issues.

Learning Differences

Sharing social and emotional difficulties is the first step in getting students help. We work to help students connect with supports to address their disabilities and maximize their strengths.
